One Manchester is a housing association focused on providing quality affordable homes and supporting thriving communities across Manchester. Formed in 2015 through the merger of Eastlands Homes and City South Manchester Housing Trust, the organisation exists to provide good quality homes, great services and real opportunities for its customers and communities. More than just a landlord, One Manchester works to create inclusive places where people can thrive and live well. Alongside delivering housing services, the organisation invests in neighbourhoods and supports communities through initiatives that improve health, wellbeing, employment and skills outcomes. With a strong social purpose and commitment to local people, One Manchester continues to invest in homes, services and opportunities that make a lasting difference.

Supporting residents and communities is a key part of One Manchester’s mission. Through a tailored range of services and dedicated support programmes, local people can access advice on money management, digital skills, employment and training, as well as specialist support during periods of hardship or change. The organisation also delivers activities and initiatives in that bring people together, helping to reduce isolation, build confidence and strengthen community connections. Working alongside local partners and voluntary organisations, One Manchester helps address wider social challenges and creates pathways of opportunity for local people.
