Formerly known as Bolton at Home, we manage and maintain more than 19,000 homes across the North West, supporting thousands of residents through housing, community investment and wellbeing services. Greater Manchester is at the heart of our organisation. We have a long-standing presence across the city region, with a strong focus on Bolton and surrounding communities. Through the management of affordable homes, neighbourhood investment and regeneration projects, we play an active role in supporting Greater Manchester’s wider housing and growth ambitions. We work closely with local authorities, community organisations and strategic partners to respond to local needs and deliver services that make a positive difference. Alongside investing in existing homes and neighbourhoods, we continue to support the delivery of new affordable housing to help meet demand across the region.
Supporting local people and communities is central to everything we do at Be One Homes. Alongside providing homes, we deliver a wide range of initiatives designed to improve wellbeing, financial resilience and opportunity. This includes employment and skills support, advice services, digital inclusion programmes and projects that help tackle social isolation and inequality. We also work closely with community groups, charities and local partners to provide targeted support for vulnerable residents and families. By reinvesting into people, homes and neighbourhoods, we continue to create long-term social value and help communities across Greater Manchester thrive.
