Manchester and Greater Manchester remain an important part of Guinness’ national housing portfolio. The organisation manages almost 12,000 homes across the city and employs hundreds of colleagues locally, supporting communities through housing management, development and customer services. Guinness continues to invest in the area through regeneration projects and the delivery of new affordable homes, helping to meet the growing demand for quality housing across Greater Manchester. Its long-standing commitment to neighbourhood investment can be seen in developments such as West Gorton, where community funding and regeneration initiatives have supported local residents and strengthened neighbourhoods.
