Greater Manchester is an important part of our work and future growth. We are a partner of Greater Manchester, with a commitment to invest £4bn in the region, including 2,500 affordable homes. We also have a Manchester office, supporting colleagues who work across the country.
We want to make a positive difference to the affordable housing sector and to the communities we serve. Our approach is built around quality, customer service and sustainability, from well-designed homes in good locations to reducing environmental impact through lower carbon emissions, renewable materials and sustainable building processes.
