At Onward Homes, we are one of the largest housing providers in the North West, managing over 35,000 homes across the region. Our work includes social and affordable rent, shared ownership and supported housing, alongside investment in neighbourhood regeneration and sustainability. Greater Manchester is central to our organisation and one of our key areas of investment and activity. We manage homes and deliver services across Manchester and surrounding boroughs, working closely with local authorities, strategic partners and community organisations to respond to housing need and support neighbourhood growth. We continue to invest in the delivery of new affordable homes across the city region while improving existing homes and communities for current residents. Through regeneration projects and local partnerships, we support Greater Manchester’s ambitions around inclusive growth, sustainability and creating stronger, more connected neighbourhoods.
Supporting communities is a core part of our mission at Onward Homes. Alongside providing affordable homes, we deliver a range of programmes designed to improve wellbeing, increase financial resilience and create opportunities for residents. This includes employment and skills support, digital inclusion initiatives, community investment programmes and targeted support for customers.We work closely with local charities, voluntary organisations and public sector partners to help residents access services and opportunities that improve quality of life. By reinvesting into homes, neighbourhoods and people, we continue to create positive social impact across Greater Manchester and the wider North West.
